The Texas Credit Union Foundation hosted its 14th Annual Golf Tournament on September 7, 2011 at Canyon Springs Golf Club, in conjunction with the Texas Credit Union League Leadership Conference.
New this year, golfers and non-golfers alike had the chance to win $1,000 cash by participating in the helicopter golf ball drop, sponsored by Vantiv. We thank Vantiv for their generous sponsorship and for hosting this new and exciting event!
The Texas Credit Union Foundation Staff and Board of Trustees would like to also thank the individual players, generous sponsors, and door prize contributors who helped to make this year's tournament a success. We are enormously grateful for the support!
This year's tournament received excellent ratings from the golfers and raised over $90,400 for financial literacy programs, as well as grants for community outreach, chapter programs and credit union professional development education.
